A challenging yet exciting job for any social media manager. The stigma of Mental health impacts page reach so you have to think out of the box on posts, avoiding the gloomy clinical designs of the past. Approachable and hopeful were the two key objectives when it came to design.
Engaging more with the audience led to working on projects with people that were doing remarkable feats for charity. Its a fun and ever developing environment that led to meeting Tyson Fury, a personal goal from day 1.

Various projects and responsibilities included:

Rebrand
The national Mind charity rolled out new branding and logo in 2021. All other 126 local Mind's across England and Wales had to update their branding in accordance to the National Mind brand guidelines.
Hot pinks, teal and shades of blue.

Social Media Management
Production of all social media content creation and strategy across all channels.
Regular Blog updates and newsletters and practical informative guidebooks for individuals experiencing mental health problems and further reading supplements to support their family and friends. Regular updates to a fundraising guidebook featuring a wide range of news from local events and campaigns and the people behind them.

Strategy Planning
Becoming a qualified child and adult Mental Health First Aider helped with studying various mental health topics and illnesses for resource production and sign posting to specific services.

Graphic Design and illustration
Projects ranged from letterheads, job descriptions, Logo and branding for services, video content, posters, flyers, banners, flags and event planning design production.
